Overnight

Apply the mask at the end of your skincare routine and leave it on overnight.

Remove the mask the next morning after a good night's sleep.

Daytime

After preparing the skin with toner or serum, apply the mask and leave it on for 3-4 hours or until it becomes transparent.

Pro Tip

Use the eyes and mouth parts of the mask on the sides of the nose, under eyes, neck, or anywhere you want additional hydration and firming.

The mask doesn't adhere well to my face. What should I do?

If you move immediately after applying the mask, it may not adhere well to your skin and could slip off. To ensure proper adhesion, lie down for about 2-3 minutes after applying the mask, allowing it to fully adhere to your skin. If you've applied toner, ampoule, or cream before the mask, it's advisable to wait 3-5 minutes. Once the mask is properly adhered, it will stay in place without any issues during your daily activities. Similarly, if you’re using the mask as a overnight mask, make sure to give it enough time to adhere to your face before falling asleep. This way, it will remain securely in place throughout the night unless you intentionally remove it.

How should I cleanse my face after using the mask?

When the mask turns transparent, remove it, gently rinse your face with water, and then continue with your regular skincare routine.

Why doesn't the mask sheet become transparent?

The Collagen and Cera-nol Masks are hydrogel mask types made by solidifying highly concentrated essence into a gel. As time passes, you will notice the mask becoming increasingly transparent as the active ingredients are absorbed by the skin in response to your body temperature. Typically, the mask starts to become transparent after 2 to 3 hours, but this can vary depending on your skin type and environment. If you have dry skin or are in a dry environment, the mask may turn transparent within 2 hours. On the other hand, if you apply the mask after completing your skincare routine up to the cream stage and use it as an overnight mask, you’ll find the mask becoming transparent gradually throughout the night, with a fully transparent mask by morning.
